Because there was earthquake happened in Japan.There was a big Nand flash factory at Iwate town which destroyed seriously by earthquake. So the factory have to stop the production.As we all known,the toshiba chip supplier is the world's second largest producer of chip behind the SAMSUNG supplier.Chip supply will not meet demand now.That's why the chip's price increasing now.
